When you send a project enquiry, ByChais receives the details you enter: your name, email address, brand, current website, preferred starting package, timeline and project brief.

Why it is used
Your information is used only to understand the enquiry, reply to you and discuss a possible project. It is not sold, used to build advertising profiles or added to a marketing list.
How it is stored and delivered
Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database for review and follow-up. Resend can send a notification to the private ByChais inbox. Resend and the destination email provider may process and retain that notification under their own policies.
Security and spam controls
Cloudflare Turnstile, request limits and server-side validation help prevent abuse. The Website Forms dashboard requires the owner’s ChatGPT sign-in and a separate server-side email allowlist. Operational logs record technical status and request references rather than complete enquiry messages.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect limited, aggregated performance and traffic information. ByChais does not add marketing cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.
Questions, retention or removal
Enquiries are kept only while they are useful for responding, quoting and maintaining an appropriate business record. You may reply to a ByChais email to ask what enquiry information is held or request deletion. A dedicated privacy contact address will be added when the ByChais domain is connected.
